Pete Enzinna founded Affordable Basements in the early 1990s after recognizing an opportunity while working in construction. He noticed Denver families struggling with limited living space while having untapped basement potential. His fascination with unused basement spaces — these blank canvases full of potential — led him to specialize exclusively in basement finishing.
